Prices shown are base rates for 2025 and do not include applicable sales tax of 8.3% or a service charge of 25%.
A $400 refundable damage deposit is added to all events. A 4% surcharge applies to all credit and debit card transactions.
Holiday rates apply to select dates including December 25 & 31, January 1, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving weekend, and special number dates. Groups over 100 guests may require additional security or bartender. Guest count includes the couple and entire wedding party. Pricing and packages are subject to change without notice. Liability insurance is not included.
